The DiSC® Dimensions of Behaviour model describes behavioural patterns in terms of four tendencies:

The 15-page General Characteristics report will give you an extensive, personalized narrative interpretation of your DiSC® behavioural tendencies in a particular environment.
The General Characteristics report helps employees at all levels better understand their own behaviour, learn how and when to adapt their behaviour, improve communication and reduce conflict, and enhance individual and team performance.

Within 30 minutes of placing your order (except on weekends), we will assign you an access code that you will receive via email. The email will contain instructions for taking the DiSC® General Characteristics report and a link to the website where you will complete the response form.
A simple process that only takes about 10 minutes to complete.
The DiSC® response form consists of 28 sets of words. You will be asked to respond by choosing one word in each set that describes you the most and one word that describes you the least. This will take approximately 10 minutes. Upon completion, our system will generate your personalized report, which you may view, print, download to your computer, or send via email.
