The Time Mastery® Profile Facilitator Report is intended for use by the trainer/facilitator to better focus their Time Mastery sessions. based on both the job importance and relative self-assessment skill level of session participants.
The Time Mastery® Profile Facilitator Report includes:
A. Group Skills Gap Analysis that graphically shows this information for the group.
This has 2 parts:
- An overview that shows the categories that need the most work in the group
- A table that shows more detail on all of the categories.
Time Mastery Profile is a registered trademark of Inscape Publishing, Inc
The information is anonymous and may be shared with others in the group. This gives them an idea of how others in the group rated the importance and their own skill in each category.
The Group Skills Gap Analysis is not intended to compare skill levels between individuals.
B. Groups Skills Gap Analysis by Category
This provides the facilitator with a snapshot of each Time Mastery® Category, showing the Skills Gap of each participant. This is intended only for use by the Facilitator in order to address individual's needs.
C. Overall Time Mastery® Level of Distribution
This shows the distribution of overall assessment skill ratings across the 5 levels of Time Mastery. It is used to gain a better understanding of the group's management skill.
