Strategies for Success
in Managing People, Process and Performance
Successfully managing people and the demands of your work environment requires the ability to identify and meet many different needs. In a fast-paced, changing work environment you need to recognize and understand differences quickly. You may be faced with the need to develop self-managing work groups or cross-functional teams to meet quality and production requirements in a flattened organization. You may need to get performance results and build work relationships.
Sounds like a tall order! And it is, unless you have some tools for making it easier to manage differences.
Our management strategies program eliminates the frustrating, time-consuming, trial-and-error process of managing differences. This program uses the simple, easy-to-understand DiSC System for describing your behaviour, the behaviour of others and the behaviour required by your job. Participants move from a basic awareness and understanding of their behaviour and the behaviour of others to applying actual strategies for managing themselves, others, their job and performance. The DiSC Management program is a reality-based, practical, results-oriented program for developing the skills necessary to manage in today’s complex world of work.
