the Power of People is a presentation designed for communication skill
training. It is a tool to help employees understand that how they perceive
and respond to events around them is their choice. It is key to establishing
personal responsibility and accountability in the midst of business
change. It is critical in turning passive resistance into high-energy
performance. During this communication skill training program, participants
receive coaching on concepts and practical skills for successful listening,
